Key Responsibilities:

- Manage media relations and cultivate positive relationships with media outlets
- Create engaging content for various platforms to promote the organization's mission and initiatives
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication and outreach
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience with media relations and social media management is a plus
