Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute unique and aesthetically pleasing menus that cater to a diverse range of tastes
- Source high-quality ingredients to ensure exceptional dining experiences
- Lead and inspire kitchen staff with your culinary expertise and creativity
- Collaborate with event planners to customize menus for special occasions and gatherings
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and food quality in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Proven experience in culinary arts and menu development
- Passion for staying updated on food trends and industry developments
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Certification from a culinary institution is a plus
