Job Description:

Deliver outstanding guest service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
Coordinate and manage guest reservations and queries efficiently
Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Work closely with team members to maintain high standards of service
Assist in planning and executing special events and initiatives

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
