Job Description:

Engage with guests to deliver outstanding service and enhance their visit
Coordinate and manage dining reservations and special event bookings
Ensure facilities are clean, organized, and welcoming for all guests
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and memorable experience for visitors
Assist in maintaining high standards of quality and presentation in all hospitality-related areas

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
