Are you passionate about creating immersive cultural experiences that blend entertainment, wellness, and engagement seamlessly? If so, we are looking for a dynamic Experience Architect to join our team at the Catalan Institute of Cultural Companies (ICEC).

Your Role:

Design and develop innovative and engaging cultural experiences that promote wellness and foster community engagement
Collaborate with artists, performers, and wellness experts to create unique events and activations
Drive initiatives that explore the intersection of culture, entertainment, and wellness
Ensure a high level of audience satisfaction and participation through exceptional experiences

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Arts Management, Cultural Studies, Event Management, etc.)
Proven experience in designing and executing cultural events or entertainment programs
Strong creative vision and ability to think outside the box
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
