Position Overview:

Develop and implement strategies to ensure cultural awareness and inclusivity within our organization.
Create and lead initiatives that promote diversity and equality in the workplace.

Organize and facilitate cultural events, workshops, and training sessions.
Act as a liaison between different cultural groups within the company, fostering understanding and unity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in promoting cultural diversity and inclusion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
