Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make informed hiring decisions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
