Job Description: We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Coastal Excursion Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating captivating travel experiences that immerse guests in the rich culture and natural wonders of the coastal region.
Responsibilities:
- Design and organize coastal excursions that cater to diverse interests and preferences.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction throughout the excursion.
- Provide insightful commentary and information about the coastal area's attractions and history.
- Coordinate with vendors, guides, and other partners to enhance the excursion experience.
- Adhere to safety regulations and protocols during excursions.
- Deliver engaging presentations and activities that enhance guests' understanding and enjoyment.
Requirements:
- Passion for travel, tourism, and exploring new cultures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Kenyan coastal area, its attractions, and local culture.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guiding, or related fields is a plus.
