Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for various roles.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the arts or cultural sector.
