We are Hiring: Athlete Development Specialist
Goshen College in Indiana is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Athlete Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting student-athletes to reach their full potential both on and off the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized training programs to enhance athletic performance
- Provide mentorship and support to student-athletes
- Collaborate with coaches to monitor progress and address areas for improvement
- Organize workshops and seminars on topics related to sports psychology, nutrition, and injury prevention
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Prior experience working with athletes at the collegiate level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for promoting holistic athlete development
