Hollywoodbets is actively seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as the Head of Community Connection at our Western Cape branch in South Africa.

In this key role, you will be responsible for fostering deep, meaningful connections with our fans and customers. Your main focus will be on cultivating and enhancing the sense of community and engagement within our network.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to connect with fans and customers.
Lead initiatives to increase fan participation and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create memorable fan experiences.
Analyze data and feedback to drive community growth and brand loyalty.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fan engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
Proven experience in community management or customer engagement.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passionate about sports and entertainment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
