Gotlands Fiskeauktion is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent to ensure the continued success and growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Source potential candidates using a variety of channels
- Screen and interview candidates to determine their fit for open positions
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external partners
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
