The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Opportunity Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new strategic opportunities that align with the mission and goals of the department.
Engage with stakeholders in the tourism industry to foster collaboration and support growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role involving business development, strategic planning, or relationship management.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for environmental conservation and sustainable tourism.
