Job Description

Design and curate exceptional guest experiences that reflect the essence of our center
Manage all aspects of guest hospitality, ensuring seamless and memorable visits
Collaborate with our culinary team to enhance the gastronomic experiences offered
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into our guest offerings
Oversee the guest feedback process and implement improvements based on insights

Requirements

Proven experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on creating unique guest experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative mindset and a passion for art, culture, and hospitality
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Fluency in English; knowledge of Icelandic is a plus
