Your Role:

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for curating and enhancing each visitor's journey at our center. Your duties will include greeting guests, providing information about our facilities, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring all interactions leave a lasting positive impression.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival
Offer guidance and information on available services
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
Coordinate with internal departments to meet guest requirements
Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus
