Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret legal documents related to our operations in Flemish Brabant.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to our industry.
Advise on legal matters affecting our day-to-day activities.
Develop and implement compliance programs and procedures.
Monitor and assess compliance risks and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
Previous experience in legal compliance within the construction/real estate sector.
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
