Position: Compliance Associate
Location: Rift Valley, Kenya
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting laws and regulations relevant to our operations
- Conducting compliance audits and assessments
- Developing compliance policies and procedures
- Providing legal advice on business transactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Proven experience in compliance or a similar role
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
