Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer experience within the hospitality sector
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on insights and trends
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our service offerings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality sector
