We are Hiring: Travel Experience Architect

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Travel Experience Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and designing immersive travel experiences that captivate and inspire visitors from around the world.

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative travel itineraries that highlight the best attractions and activities in Agder and Rogaland.
Collaborate with local businesses and stakeholders to create exclusive tourism offerings.
Design tailor-made experiences that cater to diverse interests and preferences of travelers.
Ensure seamless coordination of logistics, accommodations, and transportation for travel programs.
Monitor industry trends and conduct market research to continuously enhance our offerings.
Create engaging promotional materials and online content to attract travelers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the tourism or hospitality industry, with a strong background in creating travel experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners and clients.
Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new destinations and cultural experiences.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
