Role Overview:

Engage with customers to provide personalized assistance and guidance on our cultural heritage products and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and attention to detail.
Assist customers in exploring and discovering the rich cultural heritage offerings of Sicily, enhancing their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an outstanding customer experience by understanding individual needs and preferences.
Act as a brand ambassador for our cultural heritage foundation, showcasing our commitment to preserving Sicily's heritage.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
