Job Description:

Lead and coordinate initiatives to enhance cross-cultural awareness and connectivity within the organization.
Develop and implement strategies to promote cultural inclusivity and understanding in the workplace.
Organize events and programs that celebrate diversity and foster a sense of belonging among employees.
Collaborate with teams to create multimedia content that showcases our commitment to a culturally rich environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated passion for promoting diversity and multiculturalism.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in event planning, project management, or related areas is a plus.
