Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee projects related to enhancing the architectural appeal and functionality of our facilities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to implement innovative solutions in facility development.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in all development projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in managing architectural development projects.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
