Job Title: Sustainable Experience Developer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Sustainable Experience Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing unique and eco-friendly experiences that highlight the cultural and natural wonders of Apulia.

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative and sustainable tourism experiences that promote local culture and heritage
Collaborate with local communities and stakeholders to ensure the authenticity and quality of experiences
Utilize advanced technologies to enhance visitor experiences and minimize environmental impact
Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for growth
Manage project timelines, budgets, and logistics to deliver exceptional experiences to visitors

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Tourism, Environmental Studies, or related field
Proven experience in tourism development or related industry
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for sustainability, community engagement, and responsible travel practices
