Key Responsibilities:

Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and requirements

Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' qualifications
Managing offers and negotiation processes
Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
