Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to meet the company's hiring goals
- Lead the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions
- Implement best practices for candidate evaluation, interviewing, and selection
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies and industry professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
