Conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine their fit within the organization.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the recruitment database.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote Bourgogne Culinary Institute as an employer of choice.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
