Position Overview

As a Cultural Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting cultural awareness and sensitivity within our company. Your primary duties will include engaging with customers from around the world, ensuring their needs are met, and creating a positive and inclusive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

Interacting with customers to understand their cultural preferences and requirements
Assisting with gear selection and providing recommendations based on individual preferences
Offering guidance and support to customers in a culturally sensitive manner
Participating in cultural diversity training and workshops to enhance your skills
Contributing to the development of inclusive policies and practices within the company

Requirements

A genuine interest in cultural exchange and diversity
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable
