Position Available: Student Success Specialist

Job Description:

Provide comprehensive support services to students to ensure their academic success and personal development.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create individualized student success plans.
Implement strategies to address barriers to student achievement and enhance overall well-being.
Monitor student progress and provide ongoing evaluation and feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
Prior experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
