Jura Craft Brewers is on the lookout for talented individuals who are passionate about the art of brewing to join our team in the picturesque region of Jura, Switzerland. As we continue to craft unique and innovative brews, we are currently seeking a Brewing Science Specialist to drive our research and development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct experiments to improve brewing processes and product quality
- Analyze brewing ingredients and their impact on flavor profiles
- Collaborate with the brewing team to innovate and create new beer recipes
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the brewing process
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in brewing science
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Brewing Science, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
- Proven experience in a brewing or research environment
