Erin Energy - Job Opening: Community Transformation Liaison

At Erin Energy, we are dedicated to making a lasting impact on society and the environment by fostering positive change in communities we serve. We are currently seeking a dynamic and empathetic individual to join us as a Community Transformation Liaison in the vibrant Western Cape region of South Africa.

Responsibilities:

Engage with local communities to understand their needs and aspirations.
Develop and implement socially responsible projects that contribute to community development and empowerment.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of community transformation initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of projects on the community and recommend improvements.
Conduct outreach programs and events to nurture positive relationships with community members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to community engagement and social responsibility.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or related field.
Proven experience in community development, stakeholder engagement, or similar roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Passionate about driving positive change and improving livelihoods in communities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices is a plus.
