Responsibilities:
- Conducting interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
- Identifying suitable job opportunities based on candidates' skills and experience
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses and job seekers
- Providing guidance to both employers and job seekers throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
