Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain partnerships with community groups and non-profit organizations.
Organize and coordinate events that promote community involvement and environmental awareness.
Create innovative strategies to engage employees and the community in social responsibility efforts.

Analyze and report on the impact of our community engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in community engagement, corporate social responsibility, or related areas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management abilities with a focus on sustainability initiatives.
Passion for making a difference and driving positive change in the community.
