Sustainability Advocacy Specialist
Zululand Chamber of Commerce and Industry is seeking a dynamic and committed individual to join our team as a Sustainability Advocacy Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that promote sustainable practices and environmental stewardship within our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advocacy strategies to promote sustainable energy solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to raise awareness about environmental issues and drive positive change.
- Lead campaigns to advocate for eco-friendly practices and policies.
- Conduct research on innovative technologies and trends in the sustainability sector.
- Participate in workshops and events to educate the community on sustainable practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, or related field.
- Proven experience in advocacy, sustainability, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
- Passion for environmental conservation and sustainable development.
