Design and implement employer branding initiatives to position Terre des Hommes as an employer of choice.
Demonstrate your ability to iterate on recruitment strategies, staying ahead of market trends and adapting to changing needs.

Requirements:

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or related roles.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and overcome challenges in talent management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
Fluency in English (proficiency in additional languages is advantageous).
