Job Title: Sports/Entertainment Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and organize sports and entertainment events.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including athletes, artists, and event agencies.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure participant satisfaction.
Create and manage event budgets, including cost control and financial reporting.
Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, equipment rental, and transportation.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract participants and spectators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Identify and secure event sponsorship opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and explore new ideas for innovative event experiences.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination or related role.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proven ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in event management software and MS Office Suite.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
