Position: Humanitarian Aid Coordinator
About the Role:
As a Humanitarian Aid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing our medical projects in the region. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of medical programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, and collaborating with local partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for medical projects
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Coordinate with local authorities, NGOs, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards
- Supervise and support medical staff
- Monitor project progress and evaluate outcomes
Requirements:
- Degree in Medicine, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in humanitarian aid or healthcare management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in French and English
- Willingness to travel and work in challenging environments
