Position: Wellness Program Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead health and wellness programs for our employees and the community.
- Collaborate with local fitness centers to promote physical well-being and healthy living among our staff.
- Organize sports events and initiatives focused on sustainability and environmental awareness.
- Create partnerships with health organizations to support our social responsibility goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of wellness initiatives on employee health and engagement.
Requirements:
- Passion for promoting health and wellness in the workplace and the community.
- Experience in organizing sports or fitness events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and organizations.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental issues.
