As the Health & Wellness Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing programs that promote healthy lifestyles and fitness activities across the Centre-Val de Loire region. Your responsibilities will include coordinating health events, developing fitness workshops, and collaborating with community partners to enhance the well-being of our constituents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement health and fitness programs tailored to community needs
- Coordinate wellness events and workshops to engage individuals in healthy practices
- Collaborate with external organizations to expand program outreach and impact
- Evaluate program effectiveness and conduct assessments to drive continuous improvement
- Provide guidance and support to program participants on health and fitness goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Nutrition, Kinesiology, or related field
- Proven experience in developing and managing health or fitness programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for promoting health and wellness in diverse communities
- Fluency in French and English is preferred
