Job Title: Wellness Engagement Specialist
Location: Leinster, Ireland
About the Role:
- Develop and implement innovative wellness programs and initiatives that align with our commitment to social responsibility.
- Create and execute engaging fitness challenges, workshops, and events to promote a culture of well-being within the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the wellness offerings available to employees.
- Track and analyze data to measure the impact of wellness initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Passion for health, fitness, and overall well-being.
- Previous experience in designing and implementing wellness programs is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
