Position Available: Event Experience Coordinator
Builders Exchange, located in the heart of Ohio, is looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic team. We are seeking an Event Experience Coordinator to be a key player in creating memorable experiences for our clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute engaging events that align with our company's vision and client expectations
- Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event outcomes
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and breakdown
- Analyze event feedback and implement improvements for future events
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event planning
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning and management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
