Your Role

As a Training Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating our internal training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and competencies of our workforce. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, creativity in instructional design, and exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments effectively. You will work closely with managers and employees to identify training needs, develop content, and deliver training sessions that engage and inspire our employees.

Key Responsibilities

Training Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify current skill gaps and future training needs within the organization.
Curriculum Development: Design and develop training materials and courses tailored to the unique needs of different teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
Program Coordination: Organize and facilitate training sessions, including workshops, online courses, and hands-on training, ensuring high-quality delivery and participant engagement.
Performance Evaluation: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using feedback and data analysis to continuously improve course content and delivery methods.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to promote a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
Knowledge Sharing: Foster an environment of collaboration by sharing best practices and encouraging knowledge sharing among colleagues.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in training and development, preferably within the sports industry or a related field. Key qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to engage a diverse audience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design software.
