As an Infrastructure Development Specialist at Mediclinic Southern Africa, you will be at the forefront of managing our facility expansion and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects across our healthcare network.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Conduct site inspections and quality assessments to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Implement sustainable and innovative solutions in facility design and infrastructure development.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to support project success.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Project management certification would be an advantage.
