Job Description:

Lead group classes focused on mindfulness, meditation, and movement techniques.
Provide personalized guidance to individuals seeking to improve their mental and physical wellness.
Create and execute innovative wellness programs that cater to a diverse clientele.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in holistic wellness to enhance class offerings.

Requirements:

Proven experience in guiding individuals through mindfulness practices and holistic wellness techniques.
Certification in relevant fields such as yoga, meditation, or holistic wellness.
