Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience working with athletes in a performance training setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
