Responsibilities:

Design and manage wellness programs tailored to employees' needs and interests.
Collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of health and fitness.
Organize fitness challenges, workshops, and seminars to educate and motivate employees.
Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs through data analysis and employee feedback.
Coordinate with external partners to provide additional resources and services for employee wellness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Exercise Science, Nutrition, or related field.
Previous experience in developing and implementing wellness initiatives.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle and well-being.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
