As a Performance Enhancement Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative training programs to optimize athletic performance and physical conditioning. You will work closely with athletes, coaches, and staff to develop tailored strategies that align with our commitment to excellence in sports performance.

Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with athletes to assess needs and develop personalized performance enhancement plans
Implement cutting-edge training techniques to improve strength, agility, and overall athletic performance
Conduct regular evaluations and adjust training programs to maximize results
Provide ongoing support and guidance to athletes, coaches, and team members

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field
Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) preferred
Proven experience in designing and implementing performance enhancement programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
