In this role, you will utilize your expertise in human physiology and biomechanics to enhance the performance of our workforce.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement customized performance enhancement programs.
  • Conduct movement assessments and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Collaborate with employees to set and achieve performance goals.
  • Lead group training sessions focusing on strength, agility, and flexibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
  • Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing performance enhancement programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
