We Are Hiring: Wellness Program Coordinator
Are you passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle and fostering team camaraderie? Greif Brothers Corporation in Ohio is searching for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Wellness Program Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness initiatives to promote physical and mental well-being among employees.
- Organize fitness challenges, group exercise sessions, and health education workshops.
- Collaborate with various departments to create a supportive and inclusive wellness environment.
- Manage wellness program budgets and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of wellness initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Nutrition, Exercise Science, or related field.
- Previous experience in coordinating wellness programs is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Passion for promoting health and wellness in the workplace.
