Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best talent in the industry.
Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and organizational goals.
Utilize various communication channels to engage with potential candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation in the market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the communication/media industry.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
