Key Responsibilities:

Organize and manage events that celebrate multiculturalism and diversity on campus
Collaborate with various departments to ensure inclusive programming and initiatives
Provide support to student groups and organizations that promote cultural awareness
Coordinate outreach efforts to engage with diverse communities both locally and globally
Work closely with faculty and staff to integrate multicultural perspectives into academic programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Demonstrated experience in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
